Alex Matei
Front-End Developer & QA EngineerSpecializing in AI-Augmented Systems Building
I architect resilient web applications and stress-test software systems — combining 2+ years of QA at Electronic Arts (console, PC, certs) with modern front-end engineering. I leverage autonomous AI multi-agent workflows to design, build, and deploy production-grade products with zero-defect edge-case handling.

About Me
I'm Matei, a Front-End Developer and QA Engineer based in Romania, passionate about resilient software architectures and edge-case reliability.
I bring 2+ years of QA experience across console (PS5, Xbox, Switch) and PC — including testing at Electronic Arts and PixelBowl Studio — combined with strong front-end skills in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Python.
Over the past year I've pioneered AI-augmented development workflows, deploying 6 complex full-stack and systems projects end to end. My QA background ensures every project handles degraded networks, state desynchronization, and boundary inputs gracefully.
I thrive in collaborative teams, have mentored junior testers through Jira triage and test execution, and take pride in zero-assumption engineering.
What I Do
Front-End Development
Building responsive web interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — and deploying them independently, like this portfolio running on my own Cloudflare-tunnelled server.
QA & Testing
Functionality, UI, regression, and performance testing across console, PC, and Nintendo platforms. Bug reporting and test-case creation in Jira — with experience at Electronic Arts and PixelBowl Studio.
AI-Assisted Building
Using autonomous AI multi-agent workflows (Claude, GPT, Antigravity) to design, architect, and ship 6 complex projects — an encrypted vault, real-time chat, e-commerce, AR smart mirror, autonomous local AI agent (KIWI), and enterprise ChatGPT/MCP plugins.
Skills & Toolbox
